UK Net Zero Carbon Building Standard (NZCBS) Assessments

We provide independent assessments and advisory services aligned to the UK Net Zero Carbon Building Standard v1 (March 2026) — the definitive framework for net zero carbon buildings in the UK, co-developed by RICS, CIBSE, RIBA, UKGBC, LETI, BRE, BBP, and IStructE.

Commercial Energy Performance Certificates

Non-domestic EPC assessments under the UK National Calculation Methodology (NCM). NOS Level 4 qualified assessor, accredited through Sterling Accreditation Ltd (STER500240). Design stage, practical completion, and renewal assessments.

Energy Audits

Investment-grade building energy audits with 15-year NPV financial appraisal, HMT energy price escalation, UK ETS carbon pricing, and technology recommendations including solar PV, heat pumps, LED, VSDs, and remote monitoring.

Embodied Carbon (RICS WLCA)

Whole Life Carbon Assessments following RICS Whole Life Carbon Assessment methodology. Covers upfront embodied carbon (A1–A5), in-use, and end-of-life carbon for new developments, refurbishments, and fit-outs.

DSM Modelling (TM52 / TM59 / TM54)

Dynamic Simulation Modelling using DesignBuilder. Overheating risk assessment (CIBSE TM52 and TM59), operational energy consumption modelling (TM54), and compliance with Part O. Available as standalone service or integrated into NZC Reports.
